    Our client is one of the leading FinTech companies in Asia. Due to their aggressive expansion, they are now looking for a "Group Head of Enterprise Sales" to scale the APAC and Middle East regions, together with the senior executives and the CEO.

    • Provide overall direction for Enterprise Business by analyzing changes in the competitive landscape; analyzing trends, costs, forecasts and implementing them into the business plan
    • Create and implement the Enterprise development strategies including building process, onboarding, activation, and expansion for achieving the growth objectives
    • Develop and maintain an Enterprise Business Ecosystem in Asia through strategic partnerships
    • Identify and penetrate new markets by partnering with BU heads to generate business and brand awareness with the Enterprise segment
    • Build a high-performing Enterprise sales team to drive revenue growth through successful leadership and organizational planning



    skills & experiences required.


    • 15+ years of senior level sales leadership experience, coupled with 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience to large enterprise accounts; preferably at fintech or financial services company
    • Deep domain expertise in large Enterprises, either client side (in a senior line of business, technology or functional role in a large organization) or consulting/selling/delivering into large Enterprises
    • Sound knowledge of sales process/methodology, pipeline management, accurate forecasting and delivering results timely
    • Detailed understanding of the fintech ecosystem and platform business model with a SaaS offering
    • Excellent command of both written English and Chinese
