    My client is a sizable F&B group with a diverse culture and friendly environment. They are currently looking for a seasoned Group C&B Manager (regional) to join their team.

    Reporting to the Regional HR Head and leading 1 subordinate.

    about the job.

    • Work closely with Regional HR Head and local HR for relevant business units / locations in achieving operational excellence in conducting compensation review including performance management and salary; bonus and insurance
    • Implement and review total rewards strategies aligned with company rewards philosophy, analytics and market intelligence
    • Communicate with team heads and HR team in designing the long-term, short term incentive schemes, benefits program, job grading evaluation, annual salary review, C&B harmonization / enhancement, expatriate services
    • Formulate C&B analysis and HR analytics including workforce planning, cost effectiveness review, compensation analysis, benefits practices
    • Monitor market trend on compensation & benefits best practices, conduct benchmarking analysis via market survey to make recommendation as appropriate for market competitiveness
    • Keep track of staffing costs to construct budgets and provide regular monthly forecasting, working in close partnership with finance teams
    • Review and develop regional C&B policies, procedures and guidelines, also monitor its effectiveness and efficiency
    • Ensures compliance with statutory labor requirements related to compensation and benefits
    • Prepare HR reports for management to review and support support management on any ad hoc HR projects

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 10 years of compensation & benefits experience within a sizable platform over 500 headcount, retail, FMCG, food and beverage industries and regional experience preferred
    • Experience in consultancy firm also considered
    • Experience in design and implement incentive programs, sales commission structure, bonus scheme and pay structure
    • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regions’ relevant legislations will be great
    • Determined, detail minded, good analytical skills, a great team player
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
    • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
