Global Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is a well-known and fast growing global e-commerce platform focusing on apparel, shoes and accessories.

With a change in their marketing direction, we're partnering with them exclusively in finding a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to formulate and manage tailored marketing strategies to the different markets and working closely with global cross functional teams to ensure the campaigns are executed successfully and efficiently. He/She will also provide guidance and coaching to the digital marketing team to ensure continuous skills growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ownership and management of marketing budget across different digital channels/function (social media, CRM, content, performance marketing etc.)
  • Oversee the management of ecommerce website including sales and web traffic include, collaborating closely with merchandising team to ensure ecommerce operation is aligned to plan
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (digital marketing, social media, CRM, content management etc.) across the globe to formulate, plan and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Collaborate and develop relationship with external brands to ensure comeptitiveness
  • Monitor, track, analyze and evaluate metrics on overall digital strategies campaigns to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Understand and analyse market trends to identify potential growth and bridge missed opportunities
  • Prepare and present strategic marketing plans (short to long term growth) to senior management to align business growth strategies
  • Provide coaching and guidance to digital marketing team to ensure continuous growth

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years experience in digital/e-commerce marketing position, regional and/or global exposure is preferred
  • Digital marketing and/or ecommerce in fashion, apparel or lifestyle is a bonus
  • Experience in team management, preferably in a digital function team
  • Strong business acumen, communication and analytical skills
  • Adaptable, strong interpersonal skills and strong project management skills
