about the team.Report to the global helpdesk manager in Hong kong, the selected candidate will work in a sizable team of 14 people.
about the job.
- Provide tier 1 & 2 support to users including software, hardware and application related issues
- Handle users’ enquiries and troubleshoot their technical issues
- IT Tickets logging and Queue management
- Other IT related duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
- Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 1 year’s experience in end-user support
- Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience will also be considered
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willing-to-learn attitude
