About the company:

You will be joining a large scaled company with growing business across the globe. The company has more than 60 members in the IT team and is looking for a Global Application Support (O365 / Salesforce) to provide quality services to the global users.

About the job:
  • Provide support on O365 or Salesforce applications
  • Work with internal IT teams and external vendors for system enhancement projects by performing requirement gathering, solutions developments, testing, training and implementation
  • Conduct user acceptance test (UAT), propose and develop training framework & process for new/enhanced system, ERP system and business workflows; deliver training with users’ knowledge assessment
  • Ensure solutions are delivered within agreed service levels, timeline and quality standards
  • Perform system administration/configuration/scripting/monitoring tasks to ensure proper and smooth system operations
Skills & experiences required:
  • 3+ years of experience in end-users’ & system support covering O365 & Salesforce applications
  • Practical experience in conducting UAT and/or system administrations
  • Able to prepare training materials and delivery training independently
  • Mature with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient on O365 (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
