    About the company

    Our client is a leading and developed household products group from China. They are expanding their market and ready to enter Hong Kong market. To facilitate the expansion, they are looking for General Manager to kick start the operations and lead the sales team in Hong Kong.

    Responsibilities

    • Formulate sales strategy and action plan for different sales channels to achieve sales & profit target;
    • Define, articulate and execute innovative channel & product strategy that transforms customer experience and business outcomes;
    • Evaluate multi-source data to identify business growth opportunities;
    • Generate new ideas & actionable recommendations in view of the latest market trend;
    • Drive business related projects and initiatives from planning to execution;
    • Conduct regular review for business performance monitoring; and
    • Maintain close coordination and cooperation with different business units to drive effectiveness;

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration;
    • At least 10 years’ experience in FMCG,preferably gained from modern trade channel;
    • Strong numeric sense, analytical skills with problem solving and decision-making ability;
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic for new challenges under pressure;
    • Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese; and
    • Proficient in MS Office
