(Assistant) General Manager, Operations and Customer Services

Our client is a sizable corporate in Hong Kong with ongoing projects and initiatives in its leisure and hospitality business. They are looking for an (Assistant) General Manager to lead the operations of one of its premium portfolio.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and excel the operations of the portfolio
  • Conduct researches and analysis to understand the needs of the members and clients
  • Formulate relevant customer services strategies and tactics to ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Manage and train the customer-facing teams

Requirements:

  • Degree holder of Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any relevant discipline
  • 10+ year of experience in operations and management in sizable portfolios of the Hospitality sector
  • Excellent people management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage
