About the company


Our client is a well-established regional bank in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring General Banking Customer Service Officer to further expand their business.

Responsibility:

  • Handle in-bound call from client to provide banking services
  • Acquire banking knowledge to handle client's enquiries and provide professional advises
  • Perform banking transaction & response to account enquiries
  • No sales or cross-sell target

Salary and benefit package:

  • 5 days weekday work week

Skills and experience required:

  • Higher diploma/ associate degree or above
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1 year + banking customer service experience
