about the company.

An offshore law firm is currently looking for an experienced paralegal to join their Funds team on a permanent basis. You will be working in an international team working closely with 3 partners and several associates to focus on formation, structuring and maintenance of various types of open ended and close ended funds including hedge funds and private equity funds. about the job.
  • Providing assistant to the funds team with the set up and formation of funds as companies, partnerships and unite trusts in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands
  • Preparnig, reviewing and/or assisting with the drafting of documentation relating to the group's portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts fund
  • Liasisng with client, counsel, auditor, administrator, registrars and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority connection with the launch of registration of new funds
  • Dealing with regulatory issues, dissolution and de-registrations
  • Handling administrative tasks including filing and billing

skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder
  • 3-5 years funds paralegal experience or company secretarial experience or offshore law firm experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
