Review financial statements relating to properties and SPVs
Review NAV consolidations and trial balances and management fees calculations
Handle any ad-hoc analysis for the performance of investments
Provide support to Portfolio Managers, Acquisition and Asset Management teams
Liaison with the business on all matters related to Finance & Accounting

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years in a Finance & Accounting background
Experience in Real Estate Accounting is a plus
Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office applications
CPA/CFA preferred but not essential
