Analyze performance results, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to improve business outcomes.
Prepare accurate and timely management reports, including comprehensive analysis of sales and operational expenses.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with company strategy.
Provide financial support and guidance to sales and operations teams, including training when necessary.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data for both internal and external stakeholders.
Evaluate the utilization of company assets and cost efficiency across different departments.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement effective financial planning and analysis.
Prepare reports for executive leadership, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for future investment and operations.
Identify opportunities for sustainable growth and expansion.
Streamline processes and automate systems to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business/ Accounting/Finance discipline.
HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in sizable audit firms experience, ideally from Big 4 assurance team and transaction/ advisory team
Strong proficiency in data analysis, cost control initiatives, and working knowledge of ERP systems.
Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
