Being part of the Asia-Pacific Valuation Control team, you will contribute to 2nd level of control:

Responsible for valuation control activities for Fixed Income trading desk including rates and credit
Perform IPV of market data parameters, fair value adjustments and reserves
Provide commentaries on P/L, curves and trade prices, working closely with Front-Office traders
Analyze valuation movements, substantiate significant balance movement
Participate in IPV automation projects, tools and development
Act as a business partner with Trading desks, Operations, Finance, Risk, Audit etc.

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related discipline
At least 4-5 years experience in Valuation Control, Market Risk, Product Control, Middle Office or equivalent
Candidates without direct valuation experience but good knowledge in FICC will be considered
Big 4 risk or auditors will be considered
Ability to demonstrate strong analytic and presentation skills, a strong business partner who is able to work with the Trading desk in an advisory manner
Good command of spoken and written English
