We are currently seeking a seasoned Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager for a pharmaceutical manufacturing MNC and contribute to the growth and success of their regional business units.

Responsibilities:

Review and conduct in-depth financial analysis for the regional offices and provide recommendations for the management team and support the decision making process, including but not limited to: Share insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and streamline business processes.
Work closely with regional and local finance teams to provide variances analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Strengthen internal controls by aligning operational activities with financial data, providing valuable recommendations to enhance risk management processes.
Monitor cash flow and finalize budgets to ensure the financial stability and success of subsidiary units.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Finance/ Business/ Accounting or equivalent
Qualified accountant e.g. HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry, candidates with experience trained in a big4/ sizeable audit firm would be a plus.
Proficiency in data visualization tools for effective reporting and analysis. E.g. VBA/ Power BI/ Tableau
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
