About the company

Our client is UK based Real Estate company with developed business in Europe. To facilitate their growth in the APAC region, they are building the Finance Department and looking for a high calibre Finance BP to the team.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for management reporting and detailed monthly financial packs to the Board of Directors;
• Work closely with the financial reporting and tax teams in the U.K and local outsourced consultants to review and manage the financial reporting process;
• Work with the underlying business to deliver improvement in management information reporting;
• Work with various departments to develop, maintain, review and control budgets;
• Develop processes for internal controls to ensure effective and efficient operational controls;
• Support senior management on one-off projects such as developing expansion strategies, establishing operations in foreign jurisdictions;
• Business partnering with Digital marketing to grow marketing pipeline; and
• Support senior management on strategic business decisions and plans involving

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines with professional accounting qualifications;
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A. experience in property industry is desirable;
• Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to understand complex issues;

• Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
• Ability to develop and enhance complex financial models ; and
• Competent user MS Word, MS Outlook and other MS Office applications
