About the company

Our client is a listed manuafcturer with its global headquarter based in Hong Kong. For further development within Finance Department, they are looking for a FP&A Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and prepares additional information for management to approve the capital expenditure based on Industrial logics;
  • Reviews the product cost and works with engineers to review the product design, process engineers to revisit the routing and production team to project and achieve the target cost;
  • Works closely with Project Management Office to coordinate or prepare reports for management review;
  • Prepares the Operation Alignment pack and support to drive on Capex Spending, People Cost, Capacity Planning, Industrial Logic and PnL targets; and
  • Prepares budgeting and forecasting for the plants and variance analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in Accounting or related discipline;
  • 10 - 15 years’ experience in FP&A function from sizable manufacturing firm;
  • Knowledge or experience on TM1 - comparison of actual, forecast and budget; Experienced in Power BI is a plus; and
  • Flexibility to travel to PRC sites to understand manufacturing footprint
