    • International working environment



    about the job


    • You will manage the financial planning and forecasting process and delivery of high quality insight and analysis over financial performance, forecast, plan and projections to support management decisions
    • You will prepare local management reports including sales reporting, board papers, annual business plan and quarterly forecast
    • You will be involved in ad hoc financial analysis including business initiatives and projects – cost and benefit analysis




    skills & experiences required


    • University Degree in Actuarial, Accounting, Finance or Business
    • CPA or ACCA Qualified
    • At least 5 to 8+ years working experience in insurance or reinsurance industry
    • Understanding of the life insurance industry, embedded value reporting, risk-based capital frameworks and insurance regulatory requirements in HK (IFRS17 working knowledge would be ideal)
    • Strong business acumen with outstanding planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills in both spoken and written English
