Our client is a sizable manufacturing company listed overseas with business across the globe. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Controller to lead the team and manage the group level finance duties.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct profitability analyses to identify opportunities for cost efficiency
• Responsible for managing the daily finance operation of the Group. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Review and revamp the internal controls policy and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, and provide ongoing analysis and feedback to support decision-making and business planning. As well as the cash flow management
• Develop and implement financial plans to achieve short-term and long-term financial goals
• Prepare timely and accurate management reports, forecasts, budgets, and statutory financial reports to keep stakeholders informed of financial performance and compliance
• Analyze financial data and performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management review
• Lead and overview the operation finance teams based in different factories
• Ad-hoc task and occasional travels to China office/ factories may required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or equivalent
• HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Min 10 years experience with at least 4 years in managerial position in manufacturing industry, candidate with Big4 or sizable audit firm experience would be a plus
• Strong communication skills and detail-minded
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English are required
