Our client is a Hong Kong listed company seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of financial management of the listed company.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the management, you will be responsible to
- Lead a team of 7 and closely manage all operation finance duties from AR, AP to month-end closing
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies of the Group
- Consolidate financial and management reports of HK, China and oversea subsidiaries
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor the group’s cash flow and treasury related duties including but not limited to FX/ Loan/ Interests rate
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience working in the finance field
- Strong knowledge of HK financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good commands in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Candidate who is immediately available is highly preferred
