about the company.

Our client is a prestigious listed company with expanding business in Hong Kong and Great China. They are hiring a Finance Manager for their SFC (type 4, 9) business entity under the Group.

about the role.

You will:

  • Act as a Responsible Officer to ensure finance operations in compliance with SFC regulations
  • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets and financial reports management review
  • Handle full-set of accounting, financial accounting for type 4 & 9 regulated entities under the group
  • Perform FRR returns and regulatory reports in according to SFC requirements
  • Participate in month-end closing process
  • Ensure all financial report and disclosures are align with regulations

skills and experience required.

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in financial accounting gained from type 4 & 9 licensed corporations
  • Technically solid in FRR returns and SFC regulatory reports
  • Able to perform independently, detail-oriented and enhance finance operations
  • Proficient user in MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
