We are currently partnering with a prestigious and well-established property developer based in Hong Kong in their search for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Compile monthly management reports, providing comprehensive insights into the company's financial performance.
- Prepare quarterly management reports, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and analysis.
- Participate in interim and annual audits, working closely with external auditors to provide necessary information and support.
- Draft consolidation notes for the Group at a higher level, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for the Group, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure proper consolidation of data.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as HKICPA/ ACCA is a must
- Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 2 years in Big 4 Audit firms/ other sizable audit firms. Candidate with experience in real estate/ property/ construction would be a plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Good commands in English and Chinese is essential
