• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
• Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Candidate with Audit experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
