    Finance Manager (Global Cost Allocation) - Investment Bank ($40-50K) An excellent opportunity to join an investment bank to be responsible for global cost allocation, the position will be reporting into a senior management and leading a small team to handle cost allocation, system enhancement and big data analysis duties, please see more from below. **Welcome to candidates from both Commercial and FS background**

    • HK$40,000 - 50,000 x 12m + bonus
    About our client: Our client is a leading Investment bank with over 50 headcounts under the Finance Department. They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to work under a dual report for both Financial Reporting and Tax teams, and lead a small team for global allocation & transfer pricing duties. Job Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for monthly intercompany cost charges for both legal entity reporting and management reporting purposes
    • Prepare annual policies for specific entities for SLA charges
    • Responsible for data mining, financial data analysis for reporting functions
    • Work closely with different departments on system implementation but not limit to tax team on tax journal reconciliation and preparation of tax related financial disclosures
    • Act as a bridge between finance and tax for reporting, analysis and optimisation of both SLA charges and transfer pricing models within the group
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior Management
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Professional Accountancy, Business Administration (major in accounting) or any equivalent
    • Minimum of 8-10 of total working experience with at least 5 years commercial experience in Cost Allocation, Transfer Pricing or Financial Reporting functions, Big4 background is a PLUS
    • Professional qualification in ACCA, CPA Aus or HKICPA is a MUST
    • Detailed understanding on intercompany cost allocation for legal entity reporting and management reporting
    • Detail-minded, proactive and a team player who is able to cope with pressure / deadlines
    • Great knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and well experience in ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle)
    • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken commands in Chinese and English
    • Candidates with less experience would also be considered for an Assistant Manager title
