Finance Manager/ Director - Fast Growing International Chinese Base Biotech Pharma Co. | Up to 3.6 months bonus | Chinese Written CV required for application

About the company

Our client is a Fast Growing International Chinese Base Biotech Pharma Co. with R&D, Biotech product and service company with business coverage worldwide. Currently, they are currently expanding their finance managment team in Hong Kong, hiring an Finance Manager/ Finance Director for their overseas function.

About the team

Reporting to the Director of Finance in China, you will look after the overseas function

about the team

  • All rounded accounting and finance, mangament accounting duties with month end closing and reproting
  • Review day to day finance duties and ensure they are all handled diligently
  • Handle all financial planning and budget management functions of the Group for overseas offices including cash flow forecasting, budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking etc.
  • Work closely with senior management to support any business strategies
  • Support on M&A and fund raising projects

Skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business
  • Professional qualifications of HKICPA, CPA or equivalents
  • Ideally 7+ years experience working in an all rounded accounting and finance role
  • PRC experience / experience worked previously in Chinese firm
  • Previous BIG4 audit experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills -fluent in both Mandarian and English
