Our client is a conglomerate with various businesses across the globe. We are looking for a Finance manager to join their Financial control team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

Prepare financial reporting package and consolidation of a group of companies
Prepare management reporting, financial analysis and financial modeling to support senior management for the decision making
Handle tax issues and prepare tax filings for the group of companies
Ad hoc task such as accounting standards or tax regulations related changes

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in accounting/ business/ finance or equivalent major
Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally with minimum 2 years of Big 4/ Sizable audit firm experience plus commercial experience
Experience in handling PRC tax
Strong communication and analytical skills
Good commons in Chinese and English
