Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller . about the job.Supervise a team of 15+In charge of full accounting and finance function (financial accounting , FP&A, auditing, tax planning, internal audit and compliance etc)Responsible for providing in-depth and financial forecasts, financial and business analysis, market evaluation and strategic recommendations for senior management’s business decisionsEvaluate the operations’ performance using key data and help set KPI and monitor accordingly Collaborate with Group Financial Controller to develop financial plans, selecting appropriate financial metrics to quantify the achievement of business objectivesActively participate in regional wide finance system automations and process improvement projectsDerive high level insights from analysis of historical financials and future projections to guide decision making process of relevant internal stakeholders, and align business decisions with financial implicationsskills & experiences required.Degree Holder in Finance and Accounting or equivalent, HKICPA/ACCA /CA/CPAA is a highly preferredWith at least 8 years relevant experiences in financial accounting, ideally with Big 4 exposureIn-depth understanding of business model and operations of the ship management industry is a MUSTStrong business acumen and analytical skills.
