Responsibilities:

Reporting to General manager, you will lead a small team of 3 and responsible for:

• Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Consolidate and prepare financial analysis of financial statements from PRC subsidiaries
• Lead the implementation of an ERP system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and optimization of financial processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, implementing effective controls and processes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and investors.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Qualified accountant with qualifications such as HKICPA\/ ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant positions, with experience in people management roles for at least 2 years. Ideally from the servicing industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in leading Financial system/ ERP implementation projects is highly desired.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
