• Assist the Finance Director with financial decisions, serving as a liaison for non-financial stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with external entities, including banks, auditors, and key suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with group and regulatory standards.
• Enhance the finance function by driving process improvements through automation and identifying opportunities for better business collaboration and reduced manual tasks.

• Degree holder of Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field
• Qualified in CPA or equivalent disciplines
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial finance roles, demonstrating strong financial acumen and commercial insight from large multinational organisations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively bridging financial knowledge gaps and influencing stakeholders.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with a focus on growth, showing initiative beyond core role expectations.
• Proven leadership abilities, coaching teams to enhance productivity, service quality, and long-term opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills, familiar with accounting standards, local tax laws, and proficient in both English and Chinese.
