about the job.
As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for
- Execute planned preventive maintenance, emergency callout, repairs, upgrades, telephone and e-mail support to customers.
- Manage and resolve customer instrument issues in an effective manner.
- Work closely with Service Centre Administrator to ensure that products are inspected and processed in a timely manner to defined timescales.
- Return of faulty items to head office for root cause analysis.
- Arrange and assign daily works.

To be successful at this position, you need
- High Diploma in electronic/electrical engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in quality inspection.
- Fundamental technical abilities and a knowledge of electromechanical products would be ideal.
- Prior experience in a similar Service Center testing or inspection position is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
