Our client is a market leader in the engineering industry. They are famous for their quality services and products for a wide range of applications. They are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team.

As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for

• Execute planned preventive maintenance, emergency callout, repairs, upgrades, telephone and e-mail support to customers.
• Manage and resolve customer instrument issues in an effective manner.
• Work closely with Service Centre Administrator to ensure that products are inspected and processed in a timely manner to defined timescales.
• Return of faulty items to head office for root cause analysis.
• Arrange and assign daily works.

To be successful at this position, you need

• High Diploma in electronic/electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in quality inspection.
• Fundamental technical abilities and a knowledge of electromechanical products would be ideal.
• Prior experience in a similar Service Center testing or inspection position is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
