A sizable family in HK is looking for a Family Teacher / Private Tutor.

• Provide full spectrum of admin support and personal matters to top management and family
  Manage children’s’ schedule including school and extracurricular activities (indoor and outdoor)
• Assist and handle children’s school work e.g homework, school notices and school projects etc.
• Report the children’s progress in terms of homework and behavior to parents daily
• Liaise with relevant internal and external parties/organizations on social activities and managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
• Maintain smooth daily operation of household operations
• Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondences and phone calls
• Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects whenever required

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Fluent in both English & Chinese
• Patient, attention to details and willing to get along with children
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, well organized and able to handle multi tasks in tight schedules
• Flexible, with strong sense of responsibility, detail minded and initiative
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office
