About the company

Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a reputable telecommunication firm. They own, develop and operate high-end data centers to provide quality telecommunications network solutions and services. With rapid business growth within the company, they are now calling for facility management talents to join, grow and manage the data center portfolio with them.

About the role

You will be responsible for the facility management of the Data Center in areas related to Power, Cabling, UPS, Chiller and BMS systems etc. You have to provide efficient facility management services including maintenance planning, budgeting, tendering and handling emergency calls. Strong communication and coordination skills are required to liaise with internal parties and external contractors.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in facility management, E&M consultants or contractors, with data center exposure is highly desirable
• REW A0 or above is highly preferred
• Independent with good communication skills
• Proficient in verbal and written Chinese and English
