- Customer Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Utilize various qualitative and quantitative research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
- User Experience Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and user-friendly experiences across multiple touchpoints. Use your design expertise to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with brand identity and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Data Analysis: Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve the customer experience. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Iterative Improvement: Continuously iterate and optimize customer experiences based on user feedback and data-driven insights. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure remains at the forefront of customer experience innovation.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in any related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of customer experience research, design / service design
- Research Skills: Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Familiarity with research tools and methodologies is essential.
- Design Proficiency: Strong design skills with expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is required.
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Passion for Customer Experience: A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and creating exceptional experiences. A customer-centric mindset and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Exposure in Mainland China Market is highly preferred
- Strong Communication Skills in English & Mandarin
