- Business focused, report to an Executive Aisstant to ED
- Organize and schedule meetings and calendars
- Prepare meeting agendas, PowerPoint, and take minutes during meetings/ AGM
- Assist in preparing the weekly/ monthly repost
- Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate
manner - Assist in ad hoc duties
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- 8-25 years of relevant experiences
- Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
