Our client is a multinational luxury retail company which provides fashion footwear, bags and accessories specialist with leadership positioning and unparalleled expertise in Greater China and SouthEast Asia. To support their expanding business operation in Hong Kong, they are seeking for an ambitious Personal Assistant to grow with the team and support their President for all round secretarial and administrative duties.

Job Descriptions

  • Provide secretarial support to Group President including handling phone calls, filling, documentations etc.
  • Calendar management
  • Prepare meeting agenda and documents
  • Conduct business research, proposals and presentation materials
  • Arrange appointments, conference calls or meetings with internal & external stakeholders
  • Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Skills and experiences required

  • University degree holder or above of any discipline
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Native English speaker/ overseas returnee would be advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience, previous secretarial or administrative exposure is preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and flexibility at work
  • Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
