My client is a renowned company that focuses on technology, research and development. They are hiring an Executive Assistant who supports the Executive Director of the business.

about the job.

  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, PowerPoint, and take minutes during meetings
  • Perform market research for meetings and insights
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate
    manner
  • Assist in ad hoc duties

skills & experiences required.

  • 2-4 years of relevant experiences
  • Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
