My client is a retail company that sells men & women wears. They are hiring an Executive Assistant who supports the Assistant of the MD of the business.

about the job.

  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, PowerPoint, and take minutes during meetings
  • Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate
    manner
  • Pick up calls and checking emails
  • Assist in ad hoc duties

skills & experiences required.

  • 0-10 years of relevant experiences
  • B grade or above in English and Chinese (CE/DSE/CRE)
  • Chinse typing: 45 wpm
  • Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
