About the company

Our client is a leading global investment and corporate bank that offers high-quality and diversified financial and investment services to institutional clients, individuals and private wealth clients in major world markets. Currently, they are looking for a proactive and dedicated Administrative Executive to provide a full range of administrative and secretarial support to their regional team.

Job Descriptions

As an Administrative Executive, you will directly report to the APAC Head, and provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial assistance to 3 senior executives.

  • Manage and plan extensive meeting schedules & travel arrangement
  • Effectively communicate with executives, leaders and team members across the organization
  • Prepare a wide variety of forms, documents and reports, including budget forecast, financial records and excel sheets
  • Complete expense reports and reimbursements
  • Assist with event planning for corporate events, i.e. conference, seminars, and luncheon etc.


Skills and experiences required

  • Bachelor degree in any business disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, administrative and secretarial work
  • Previous working experience within financial institutions is highly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user and proficient in other office applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English and Chinese, knowledge of French would be a desirable
  • The ideal candidate must possess a positive 'can do' attitude and a team-oriented approach
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred
