This is a pioneering opportunity for a listed conglomerate business based in Hong Kong. Renowned for their reputation as the #1 textile manufacturer in the world, our client is well respected by their competitors within the garment manufacturing industry. They have a global presence across Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia, covering the fields of silk production and trade, retail, fashion design, and property development.

We’re looking for a highly motivated caliber to join their Corporate Management team as an Executive Assistant. Candidates with less experience/ fresh graduates are also welcome.

  • Monthly base salary up to $25,000 + Discretionary Bonus

job responsibilities.

With this opportunity, you will be sitting under the Corporate Management Team and working closely with the Executive Office in several significant projects related to strategic planning, business operations, sales & marketing and business development of the Group. On a daily basis, you are also responsible for:



administrative/ secretarial support

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, screening emails, and travelling arrangements etc.
  • Handle inquiries via telephone or email
  • Draft reports, meeting agendas, and analysis for business uses
  • Take minutes of meetings

digital marketing/ communications

  • Prepare presentation and marketing materials, such as Powerpoint slides & brochures
  • Draft and design promotional materials, such as advertisements, press releases or video
  • Assist in marketing functions, such as organizing events or other projects assigned by senior management
  • Prepare sales/ marketing reports, analysis, and data for management use

skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Previous work or internship experience in administration, executive support, marketing, advertisement or business operations fields from sizeable/ multinational companies
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and high flexibility at work
  • Excellent IT skills, especially design and video-editing software
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
