job description

As an executive assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • manage business schedule and calendar
  • Schedule/rescheduled meetings, phone calls requesting meetings.
  • Arrange all conference calls, rooms and video conference facilities
  • business travel arrangement coordinate our-of-town meeting schedules
  • Process expense in a timely manner

Requirement:

  • 10+ years of administrative experience
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines
  • Word/PowerPoint/Excel capability
