about the job.
- Manage business matters (100%)
- Prepared agenda and minutes for meetings business meetings, conferences and events overseas/local - Flexible working hours, no business trip needed
- Travel arrangements include flights, hotel accommodations etc
- Process and align the investment reports (no investment knowledge needed)
- Deal with call and email enquiries with internal staff and external parties
- Assist in ad hoc duties
skills & experiences required.
- Degree Holder
- 5-15 years of relevant experiences
- Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
