Event & Partnership Marketing Manager | mall, retail promotions
A prominent real estate developer and shopping mall operator headquartered in Hong Kong, is seeking a talented Marketing Promotions Manager to join their team. With ongoing projects and developments in Hong Kong and China, they are looking for a driven individual to spearhead the marketing activities (esp. sizable events and partnerships) for their leading multipurpose complex in Hong Kong. about the team.- Report directly to the Marketing Director

- Collaborate with a team of 5-8 skilled professionals
- Collaborate in managing the annual marketing budget for the Marketing function
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs and ROI targets for marketing campaigns, making timely adjustments as needed
- Lead and orchestrate comprehensive integrated marketing and communications strategies and action plans
- Ensure the quality and commercial value of deliverables in promotional activities
- Manage year-round sizable events, festive occasions, and large-scale promotional activities
- Foster partnerships with brands, external partners, and clients for co-branded event, joint-promotion, pop-up retail and advertising opportunities
- Collaborate closely with advertising agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Digital, CRM, Leasing, Operations, Finance) to establish strong internal partnerships
- Hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related discipline
- Possess 8+ years of marketing (esp. events / partnerships) experience in sizable corporates
- Have knowledge and previous exposure to the property, retail, tourism, and entertainment industries (MUST)
- Exhibit excellent team management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
