Responsibilities

Aligning events to support company’s business strategies and objectives
Work with marketing and business to identify new business opportunities.
Develop programs that generate awareness, interest, and sales opportunities.
Event planning and strategy
Assist developing compelling content for events that engage attendees.
Keep business management up to date on event best practice and communications strategy
Measure success of events
Manage virtual events (whilst pandemic continues).
Ensure high-quality experience for speakers/attendees by planning, preparation, tech troubleshooting and dry runs with speakers.
Manage promotional/exhibit materials.
For physical events: handle budget, site selection, venue negotiation, invites, social media, collaterals, catering and speakers.
Produce post-event reporting/analysis.
Use metrics to track results using attendees to drive sales.

Requirements

Event Management experience including webinars, virtual events, conferences, round tables etc.
Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English
Financial background is preferred
Proven results in delivery of global events
Marketing technology and social media platforms
Willingness to travel (once possible)
Background in/as event manager, events marketing, corporate access, roadshows, event planning, etc
