    Our client is a global leader in offering the best dietary supplements to its customers. With its HQ located in the United States, the company now operates in over 100 countries including Hong Kong being one of its largest markets. As customers are more health-conscious, its business has been aggressively expanding. To cope with this, they are currently looking for an Event Assistant to join and bring in new inspirations.


    about the team.
    You will report directly to the team lead and work with other peers within the marketing function on events organising and execution. Sitting by the Victoria Harbour, the office is located in one of Hong Kong's best commercial areas.


    about the job.
    • Assist team lead to plan and execute events including in-person, virtual, seminars, company wide meetings, outings, trainings and etc
    • Work closely with external vendors to ensure events are smoothly organized
    • Coordinate cross functionally to ensure tasks are delivered on time
    • Design and produce marketing materials including invitations, brochures, flyers and presentation materials
    skills & experiences required.
    • Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations or any relevant disciplines
    • 1+ year of event management experience; open to fresh graduates who have experience managing student events on campus
    • Proficient in MS Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop and Excel will have advantage
    • Fluent in English and Cantonese
    • Team player, organized, self starter
