Gather system requirements, involved in the transformation to an Oracle system, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business processes.

Work closely with business users, and other IT members to define the scope of the transformation project.
Design and implement system configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet business needs and align with best practices.
Implement cloud-based solutions to enhance system scalability, security, and availability.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of ERP system enhancements, and upgrades.
Team Lead will be responsible for managing and monitoring a team of 3-4 Engineers.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in ERP system implementation, and development.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge in SQL, API, and Python is highly preferred
Good problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
Good in spoken and written English
Junior candidates will be considered as Engineer
