Powered by their expertise-enabled technology platform, their partners/ clients can expand the business across the globe and maintain great employee experiences. Due to their aggressive expansion plan in Asia, they are looking for an experienced "Enterprise Sales Manager" to lead the Hong Kong market.

    • Dvelop and facilitate sales of our Global HR Technology Solutions to prospective clients in order to achieve personal monthly/quarterly/annual new sales objectives
    • Consistently meet sales activity and other agreed KPIs and satisfy all company requirements for CRM usage
    • Develop and maintain an excellent working knowledge of product positioning, product messaging, product capabilities, and competitive landscape
    • Efficiently qualify leads and opportunities to build a healthy pipeline, managing the entire sales process from discovery to closing sales opportunities
    • Collaborate with internal Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure an efficient and compliant strategy and deal execution
    • Connect with key influencers and executive sponsors in target organizations and develop a trusted advisor status
    • Working with multiple stakeholders within the prospect account



    skills & experiences required.


    • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales
    • You are a proven top performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets in the region.
    • Experience selling SaaS, recurring revenue deals (HR Tech is a plus)
    • Social Media selling experience LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
    • You have strong Sales/Business Development experience in managing sales numbers, forecasts, pipeline, and opportunities
    • You have experience working in an international high growth company.
    • You have confident communication skills (written and verbal), and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
