Collaborate in the coordination of risk management processes to ensure effective implementation throughout the organization
Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework, including strategies, policies, and procedures
Engage with business units to facilitate the identification of risks, design and implement control measures, and continuously monitor the effectiveness of internal controls across multiple risk domains, such as operational risk, financial risk, liquidity risk, data privacy risk, third-party risk, and business continuity management
Contribute to conducting thorough risk assessments for both existing and new services to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
Support business units in addressing and remediating internal control weaknesses identified during audit reviews and assessments
Provide assistance in generating regular reports and metrics that present a clear overview of the company's risk posture
Offer valuable advice and guidance to all business units on risk and control matters, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements
Participate in delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance risk awareness and promote a strong risk culture among staff members
Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) to support the overall risk management function

skills & experiences required.

Bechelor Degree, preferably in business, risk management, information systems, or a related discipline
Around 3 years of relevant experience in risk management or auditing, preferably gained within financial institutions or professional consulting firms
Knowleage in various aspects of risk management and a comprehensive understanding of the services and operations within the financial sector
Familiarity with established risk management frameworks and a strong knowledge of relevant global and local regulatory requirements
Exhibit strong teamwork skills, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
