About the Company

Our client is a reputable group with high quality portfolios in Hong Kong and Greater China with a long reputable history. They develop, own and operate a wide range of commercial mixed-use portfolios as well as hospitality projects. Currently they have an exciting opportunity to call for a senior leader with sound track record in hard-services facilities management to join their well-established team.

About the Role

Directly reporting to the GM and leading sizeable team, you will be overseeing:

• managing the operation & maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and to monitor
• Implement and execute maintenance strategies and policies to comply with group’s policy in safety, quality and environmental aspect
• Developing and maintaining strong relationship and understanding with external/internal stakeholders
• Engage and supervise external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are up to quality, cost and program
• Prepare annual budget for routine O&M works and ad-hoc projects (minor works, A&A, expansion, redevelopment)
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in building services engineering/ E&M engineering or equivalent
• Around 15 years’ relevant experience in facilities management with sound track record managing a sizeable team
• Prior experiences in managing high-end hospitality facilities / operation is highly preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
