As a Engineering Director, you will be responsible for
- Lead the development of engineering strategies.
- Oversee the mechanical, tooling, quality assurance, and product development departments.
- Manage the production process from conceptual design through to mass production.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and product management teams on new product development and customized ODM projects.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve efficiency across processes
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with a mechanical background.
- Over 15 years of experience in engineering, with a strong mechanical design background being a plus.
- At least 10 years of managerial experience leading multifunctional teams.
- Familiarity with plastic injection and tooling processes.
- Frequent travel to Dongguan factory (3-4 days per week); occasional business trips to Southeast Asia required.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
