About the Company
Our client is one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong who develops and owns multiple iconic buildings in Hong Kong. To cope with their expanding business, they now have a new position inviting building services talents to join and grow with them.
About the Role
As a member of the facility management team, you will be responsible for the repairs and maintenance, emergency handling, renovation and A&A projects of the building services systems. You will be coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contractors for a smooth on site operation.
About the Requirement
- Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in E&M engineering, candidates with solid HVAC / MVAC knowledge is highly preferred
- Open to candidates from E&M contractors and consultants
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
