As a Engineer, you will be responsible for
-Conduct research and development activities focused on EMI shielding materials and thermal materials
-Design and develop new formulations and compositions for improved EMI shielding and thermal management
-Perform testing and characterization of materials to evaluate their electrical conductivity, shielding effectiveness, thermal conductivity, and other relevant properties
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EMI shielding and thermal materials into product designs
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and apply the latest research findings to enhance product performance
-Analyze and troubleshoot material-related issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions
-Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate research findings and project progress
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, ideally with a strong focus in Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Materials Chemistry
-Proven experience in researching and developing electronic material will be a plus
-Strong knowledge of materials characterization techniques and testing methods
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team
-Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present research findings
-Willingness to station in mainland China (Dongguan)
