    about the team.You will become a key player in an IT support team providing business aligned IT services to the company offices throughout Asia Pacific.

    • Be a key player in the APAC team to provide IT support to the business
    • Provide IT support to onsite, remote and travelling users
    • Support the in-house and third party applications, in order to quickly identify and organize a solution for any related problem
    • Administer the monitoring and troubleshooting console and ensure that all helpdesk calls and service requests are logged, processed and monitored according to company
    • Provide troubleshooting on video conference platforms and mobile devices
    • Manage or assist with any IT related project as required
    • Escalate problems to vendors and in-house experts when required
    • Provide regular status reports to management and ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accurate
    • Provide user training when needed
    skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • At least 5 years’ experience directly supporting users, in financial institutions would be a plus
    • A technical understanding of Windows 10, Office 2016 and Windows Server operating systems to MCSE level.
    • Solid knowledge of LAN\WAN technologies and understanding of TCP/IP networking
    • Skills in providing broadband and VPN troubleshooting
    • The ability to support mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone and Android devices
    • Knowledge of market data infrastructure and applications, including Bloomberg
    • Ability to write and modify scripts
    • Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical ability
    • A service orientated business facing approach
    • The ability to deal with business users at all levels
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
